Does Arizona Tile accept returns? ›

What is your return policy? Product can be returned within 30 days with a 25% restocking fee. Only full box quantities may be returned, no loose or single tiles will be accepted. Custom/special order materials require a 50% deposit upon order and are non-refundable.

Porcelain tiles are denser and therefore more durable than ceramic tiles. They are fired at a higher temperature than ceramic tiles, which gives them a tougher and heavier surface to withstand heavy impact.

Tile Grading

Tiles are graded using a numerical numbering system based on their thickness and quality. A rating of 1 is the highest quality and thickest tile available, 3/4-inch thick, and you can use them anywhere. Grade 2 reflects that some imperfections exist but the tile still is usable on walls or floors.

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your Lowe's purchase, simply return the merchandise to any Lowe's store in the US. Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with receipt within 90 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.
