I am liking my Lions Mane Mushroom extract.
I went to my doctor to let him know that I was forgetting words, especially when I was talking in a group and cannot remember what I was saying.

Awesome stuff !!!
As a tradie Inna dangerous industry and someone with ADHD and suffers from brain farts and lack of energy towards the end of the day this has help tremendously. Haven't noticed any sleep patterns changes may a little easier to drift off. But so far enjoying it regardless. Definitely recommend.

I feel amazing
I have been taking lions mane and cordyceps in the morning and reishi in the evening. I’ve really noticed the effects feel clear and energetic during the day and at night my sleep score has improved , my period of restful sleep has doubled. I’m used to have anxiety about not having restful sleep but now I always look forward to bedtime.
